PRC Home Inspections grew out of Property Renewals Construction and is co-owned and operated by Scott Frey and Ryan Latini. With 25 years of doing new construction, renovating, and flipping homes, the pair decided to switch gears and focus on home inspections. Their extensive experience has allowed them to offer the highest level of inspection services in Northeast Ohio and it shows with over 1,400 5-star reviews on Google and Facebook.

Scott Frey is a veteran of The United States Navy and a 25-year career firefighter/paramedic. With over 25 years in construction and remodeling, his experience gave him the perfect skillset to be owner/inspector of the PRC Home Inspections team. Scott enjoys playing cards, golfing, and spending time with his beautiful family.

Ryan Latini is the model home inspector. With over 25 years of construction experience, including owning his own remodeling company, Ryan has gained invaluable experience. This experience combined with his friendly demeanor make him one of our most requested inspectors. Ryan is an avid bowler, golfer, and coach for his children’s sports teams.

Monica Frey

Monica is the conduit through which the entire PRC operation runs. She handles every aspect of the day-to-day activities of our inspectors. Monica is vested in every detail of PRC — from our extensive licensing to scheduling and promotional and marketing events. With a Master’s in Education, Monica brings a level of quality to everything she does for PRC and our clients that is truly beyond excellent.

Jimmy Leffler

Inspector Jimmy Leffler has been with PRC since the beginning as the first inspector hired when Scott and Ryan started the company. Working as a Lieutenant at the fire department, Jimmy is a natural leader with his attention to detail, organizational skills, and ease of communicating with people. When not working at the fire department or performing inspections, Jimmy is the proud father of four boys and an avid coach of their sports.

Inspector Dave Silsby gained invaluable experience before coming to PRC Home Inspections during his years of working in the plumbing and electrical trades. He then took that experience to become a manager in the manufacturing setting, overseeing 100 employees under his direct supervision. Dave loved this opportunity to work with people, but he soon realized he wanted to take his passion for the trades and turn it into a career that allowed him to be out talking to people and not in a factory all day. Since teaming up with PRC, Dave has become an invaluable member of our team. He is the father of two beautiful girls and loves to take his Harley out when he isn’t working.

Nick Ricco

Marketing Director Nick Ricco may be more familiar to most of you as The Candyman from his office visits, but he provides much more than that for PRC. Nick has taken on teaching CE for realtors, hosted presentations for brokerages, and occasionally takes over in the office for admin duties when Monica is away. Nick loves forging relationships with the offices we work with and ensures we are only a call or text away from anything our clients and agents would like help with.
